Delco Renovations

We contracted Delco Renovation to work on our two bathrooms in our condo in White Rock. As we went thru the planning, Don had guided us thru material choices and suggested what is good but also we were allowed to choose whatever we want to do, we were at ease. What impressed us is the time frame to have the job done and it was on time. We are happy with the materials being used, the outcome of the project and the good attitude of workers. There were some few little things we wanted it changed during the work period and no problem for as long as it had enough time. Don helped and checked almost every time and Chester, the all around guy is good and accommodating so is Don. We would recommend their company to my friends.

He was very friendly and guided us through the entire renovation process. He handled the contractor and sub contractors most of the time on our behalf. He would help us coordinate bidding to find the most capable hands at very reasonable prices.

I'd like to express my appreciation for the efficient installation of a walk-in-tub in the footprint of our ensuite conventional bathtub.
Your crew were friendly and competent. I was happy to have them in our home.
The project kicked off a good ten days early and was finished one day ahead of time. This new walk-in unit will enhance the enjoyment of our home and adds value to this condominium.

This note is to tell how much I enjoyed working with Delco Renovations during the renovation of my ensuite and main bathroom. Don and his workers were punctual, polite and a pleasure to work with. Gerrie did all of the demolition and installation and is a craftsman who is very thorough and does exceptional work. He laid down sheets from the garage to the bathrooms everyday before starting work and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Delco to any of my friends. I would NEVER hire Delco again. A 5-week, $20K job on an ensuite turned into over 5 months & $30K. I had major plumbing leaks, workers falling through my attic and every thing that could go wrong did. 3 of 5 sub-contractors were a total failure.

The final product looks really good. They were knowledgeable and thorough when it came to advice on doing the bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, we had to have them come back quite a few times to correct mistakes.

We had two decks repaired in our townhouse complex in Richmond almost two years ago, and still are very happy with the job done exceptionally well!! Mike not only reimbursed us for the materials saved, but also fixed the broken dryer vent inside the deck. The job was done in one day. Good price and excellent quality! Thank you very much Mike!

We recently had Delco renovate a bathroom in our home. The tradesmen were courteous, patient and very competent. We found their prices are competitive compared to other quotes we looked at. All extras were handled in a fair manner. No surprises, everything was completed in a very timely manner. A big thanks to Chester and Don especially! We are absolutely pleased with the final result.
