Window installation and glass pane replacement

We dealt with them twice. The first time we had them replace most of the windows on our ground floor and had no issues. The trim installation was a bit sloppy, but okay, at least they used wood instead of mdf and I replaced and fixed anything I didn't really like. The windows have been in place for a couple of years without issue. The second time we had them quote and order some replacement panes for our front windows. After placing the order, I waited a couple of months before calling them to get an update and was told the material was on order. I contacted my sales person Pieter as well as the office and was told the material was on order. After a couple of more months I gave up and got another company to install new windows. After more than six months after I placed the order they called me to tell me the glass was in. That's when I cancelled my order and told them I replaced the windows because they took to long to get the material and they never followed-up with me for six months. Overall, I would not use this company again.
Update 23-Feb-2015: the company just responded to this review today, almost 2 years after it was posted. Ironically this mirrors their service response time when I dealt with them. Anyway, I'm sorry to read that they did not take responsibility for their poor service and instead decided to write something that does not resemble what actually happened.

For 2 years I have had no clue whatsoever as to who this homeowner was or how we could be receiving a negative comment from somebody I don't know. I couldn't recall anybody cancelling an order with our company in the last 23 years although we as a company have had to cancel on a couple of occasions where work was not possible.
Our salesperson as named in the review has a completely different version of events than what has been described based on who he now thinks this is. He insists that each project we did for this homeowner was successful and that the homeowner was happy. He has also considered this homeowner a friend. He further insists that there was no contract cancelled by the homeowner or our company. There was simply no contract, no money taken as a deposit and therefore nothing to be refunded. The reason there was no contract was because our salesperson insists that he informed the homeowner that we could not take orders for glass changes as we had 3 times for him in the past because we were without the necessary technician to do such glass changes and that it would not be until later in the year after the new "tech" was trained, that we would be able to do this again for him.
Our records show 3 contracts dated October/2005, May/2006, and May/2010 all of which were delivered on time or early and were promptly paid in full by the homeowner.
I would also note that this homeowner was courteous and respectful to us at all times however we have no such records of any contract or cancellation of any contract upon further review.
Our phone call at a later date was not that a window sealed unit was made ready as one had never been priced or ordered but rather that we had a new "tech" in place and were able to take this type of work on again.
The homeowners comment regarding lack of response to his review of 2013 had solely been because of not knowing who this homeowner could possibly have been as we have no records of any homeowner cancelling a contract at any time.
Further, the salesperson insists that all contact was between he and the homeowner and did not involve our company as at that point we were not in a position to carry out such work.
