The return air vents were not properly connected in my home and Lou was the most knowledgeable and friendly of the people who quoted for me.
I needed the work done immediately to proceed with my project and since adding a return air is primarily framing he was kind enough to outline how I can do the work myself. I was fortunate to find such an honest guy and will call Lou for any heating work I need in the future.
