Very rude people at front desk. Especially few of the female members of their crew. I am sure if you visit them you will figure out who those are. You can get stuff what ever you need. But i would suggest Mr Owner to get some customer service training for the sales people.....

Poor customer service. Staff is not knowledgeable - one of the staff members sold me a roofing product that I later found out was not suited to my application. A custom eavestrough that was made was not to specifications after I carefully reviewed it with them twice.

I had built a simple shelter for firewood, but the water that dripped from the eave splashed back onto the wood. Presented with this problem, Tarha at Danforth Roofing came up with a simple and elegant solution. Within 24 hours, the shop had fabricated a gutter that I could attach along the front edge of the shed that completely solved the problem. Highly recommended for quick service, practical solutions and a really friendly staff.

I needed new shingles to do my roof. I herd about the great customer service, but have not dealt with them in the past. They went out of there way for me and my husband to the point where the mgr actually marked down some of the product we purchased. I would definately recommend them to anyone who is purchasing roofing supplies.

Danforth Roofing Supplies service is excellent, their staff is very informative, and their prices are very good and competitive. They always give me everything I want and need for every job!
