Crown Paving Ltd.

We had Crown Paving pave our driveway years ago and were very pleased so we contracted with them to replace the driveway. Within the warranty period a crack developed and we contacted them in July. We were advised that the driveway would be repaired in October. In October we began calling and sending emails all of which have been ignored. We can't reach anyone and October has come and gone. We are so disappointed and can not longer recommend them. Their warranty means nothing!

Had some issues with the quality, can't get on hold of anybody for months. Was promised a lot more than ended up getting.
Weeds are growing through pavement two months later!
Not happy with the service or quality at all! Will not use them again!

Crown excavated and placed a base On our driveway. The driveway flooded repeatedly due to rain after the work and although many calls were attempted they did not return to assist with the issues. We could not enter our garage due to the drastic elevTion change and sink holes that formed in front of the driveway. And in several instances had to be towed out of the driveway because our vehicles got stuck. I tried. Many times to contact them as they were supposed to return to complete work 2 months after the excavation and base. 13 months passed and they did not return to complete the paving. I was forced to hire another company which had to re-excavate and pave. Only after the driveway was completed did I receive a response from Crown asking for payment for the work "completed" 13 months prior.

Joe was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he complete the job professionally, he also came back when I needed him to fill a hole which wasn't covered under warranty. Absolutely recommend Crown Paving for your paving needs.

Problems started when they excavated the driveway to the wrong elevation. Then after the driveway was paved, we had patches of asphalt that were settling within 6 months. We called Charlie, the owner who reviewed the issue but after 2 years still has not resolved the problem or returned any calls directly. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I had Crown Paving come to my house to pave. They tore up the old driveway and put down the gravel in May 2013 they did not come back until the last week in October 2013 after me calling continuously because as on November 1 we cannot park on the road. With them coming so late in the fall we had snow right after they paved. Just a note we did not park on the driveway after in was paved until Oct 31, 2014, When the snow melted in the spring the driveway was a mess with pieces out of the asphalt and tire grooves in the driveway. I called them in the Spring of 2014 and have called them regularly since it is now October 1, 2014 and they STILL have not shown up to even looked at the driveway let alone fix it. In addition they have not even called me, when I call I get a woman who just says she will pass the message on, if she is passing the message on I am not getting a call from the actual pavers. It is very frustrating it took me a long time to save up the money to pay for a new driveway and now it just looks like crap.

UPDATE: They never did come and fix my driveway and threatened me with legal action for writing this review. They told me if I didn't take down this review they would not fix my driveway.....
