Cozy World was a great company to deal with. Farhad (Fred) was very detailed in outlining my purchase options as well as providing practical advise on the decision-making process. His installation team was very courteous, attentive and respectful of my home during the work. The whole experience from quote, purchase, install and support was top-notch.

I am extremely pleased with the supply and installation of a high efficiency furnace by Cozy World Inc. The project was seamless from the moment Mr. Boris Sherman attended at our home to conduct an inspection and discuss the project and its costs to the installation by his crew. Mr. Sherman assisted me in obtaining the required energy audit to obtain various rebates and his crew took care and caution in the installation and left the job site immaculate inside and out. All paperwork to obtain rebates was handled by the company. If I could describe this company in one word, that word would be "professional." Highly recommended!

My old furnance and AC were nearly 20 years old. When the compressor went, we decided to replace rather than repair. I got multiple quotes from different people and Boris was by far the most professional and informative person I dealt with. He took his time examining the current state of things and sat down with me for 30 minutes or so to explain the ins and outs of how heating and cooling work in a residential home, and what the different options were for my house (we went with a 2 ton AC and 60k BTU modulating furnance). (The other people I spoke with spent about 5 minutes with me, and didn't even tell me basic things like the size of the furnance or AC without prompting.) After we decided to go ahead, Boris was able to schedule the work for a few days later.

His crew (2 guys) showed up on time and were also very professional. The very first thing they did was laid down some drop sheets to protect our floors - something many contractors do NOT do. They told me at the start the work would take about 7 hours - and completed it in almost exactly that amount of time. When it was done, they explained the ins and outs of the new thermostat, filters, and that I needed to keep the existing humidistat fully on all the time (because the thermostat has a separate control for it).

I can't recommend Cozy World enough. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, professional, and happy to answer every question I had.

Called multiple company for quotes regarding a new furnace and AC, of all the quotes, Boris gave me the most detailed quotes, and suggessted additional improvements, Oleh and his assistant came in and performed the installation just before the long weekend. They did an excellent job

I cant recommend these guys highly enough. I had them install central air conditioning at my place, which already had a gas forced-air furnace. These guys are pros, great to work with and very patient and unrushed. I have an old house, so there were challenges. One challenge was - I got a Nest thermostat to install - and it was causing the furnace to turn on and off. They took the time to troubleshoot with Nest for about an hour or more, trying everything they could. Unfortunately, in the end my wiring wasnt compatible with the Nest (it was an unsupported vltage), so I had to return it. But Farhad gifted me a new thermostat he had. Pretty nice. They also handled all the rebates, so I just had to confirm them by email. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any question I had. I can see why these guys are at the top of Homestars and I thought the price was reasonable despite their high standing on Homestars.

I had an issue with my AC/furnace last Friday I called Fred and he replied right away He fixed the problem in no time, Cozy World is really No 1 when it comes to customer satisfaction. Boris, Abass and David where kind, very knowledgeable, hardworking and reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend them! I could not possibly list all the ways they surpassed my expectations in one small review. I will say that it was possibly the best customer experience I've ever had - certainly pertaining to home improvements and renovation.
