Cozy Comfort Plus

I had went to a few other companies first and no one has any stoves to sell me , lead time was 4 months. Then went to Cozy Comfort there lead time was 2 to 4 weeks ! The institution went well , staff very knowledgeable and answer all questions. All very professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a gas stove or service.

My furnace conked out on one of the coldest days of the year during dinner time. I called Cozy Comfort Plus and left a message with the answering service and within 10 minutes, Mory from Cozy Comfort Plus called and was at my home within an hour after his hard day of work ended. Mory was able to get the heat going, but knowing that my furnace was already 14 years old, and worried it wouldn’t make it through the winter, that evening I decided to get a new furnace. Mory was able to make the necessary arrangements for a new furnace and the next morning two installers by the names of Amir and Arsi showed up at the scheduled time in the morning and worked non-stop for 7 hours. They were very pleasant, so easy to talk to and very kind and professional. I am thinking of getting a new A/C this summer and would love to have the same installers back! I have been dealing with Cozy Comfort Plus for about 5 years, and were always there when I needed them. I want to thank Mory, Amir,and Arsi for their jobs well done. Cozy Comfort Plus has a great team working for them!

Brain was excellent in providing us with information about gas fireplaces, he was quick to respond to my calls, and provided good advice. The installers were great as well, they worked quickly and were vhelpful in answering my questions.

We contacted Cozy Comfort Plus to purchase a fireplace to finish off a family room renovation to our house. Brian visited our home, went through options that were available and put together a proposal that was reasonable and significantly better than others we had received.

Installation was within 2 weeks. The team of Anita, Hamid and Farid were excellent in completing the installation and very professional in their approach. The installation was perfect.

Cozy Comfort Plus was great to deal with and delivered on all of their promises. Definitely a five star service!

We’ve been using Cozy Comfort for 15 years because there is no reason to switch, it’s impossible to get better service. Every year they service our furnace, and they always do a great job.
In mid December it was time to replace our aging furnace, and they discussed all of the options, mentioned available rebates, and were able to order it and install it within a week! They were super professional, did a great job with the installation, cleaned any mess, and tested it to make sure it worked.
They also took the time to follow up with me to make sure that I was happy with their service.
Like I said, no reason to shop elsewhere.

They are quick to respond when they can get money from you, other than that forget it! They came to replace a part that was under warranty then charged a $1000 administration fee and $100 for picking up the part. The technician rushed my Mother into paying right way. Now no one will return my calls or emails to explain why she paid $1200+ for an under warranty repair!

After several years of debating whether to get a gas insert fireplace in our living room, my wife and I decided to explore looking into getting one. We visited several showrooms in Toronto to educate ourselves on the various brands and what was best for our home. We ultimately decided on getting our gas fireplace from Cozy Comfort Plus because Brian painstakingly went through the pros and cons of the different brands and what would makes sense for us. He spent a very generous amount of time with us answering every last question, including double checking the dimensions of our living room to ensure we didn't get a unit with too many BTU which would turn the house into a sauna. ( I mention this point because other dealers were all too happy to install a much stronger unit because I had inquired about the possibility of a larger viewing area firebox, not realizing that to do that, invariably, a larger unit comes with more BTU, and this would actually decrease your enjoyment of the fireplace).In addition, Brian beat every other price quote we got for the unit we ultimately decided on (Valor G3.5) The installers were excellent and were finished in a few hours. They left the area as clean as when they came in. We could not rate Brian, and Cozy Comfort Plus high enough. If I could, I would give them 15 out of 10. We are really enjoying our new fireplace. It has been on practically every day. Thank you Brian, for making it so easy!!

We needed our 30 year old gas fireplace replaced. Brian came to our house and explained all the ins and outs of what needed to be done and the different options that were available. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The work was done the following week by an excellent team who were respectful and took precautions for covid prevention. We realized after they left that there was a problem with the fan. They were very responsive and came back the next day to fix it with no issues. We are very happy with our new fireplace!

Their prices were reasonable, their service was good and their workmanship on installation was excellent.
I enjoyed dealing with them.
I would use them again and I would recommend them to my friends.
