I could not recommend this company. I've had the worst customer experience with them. Save yourself the trouble... don't use these guys. See my story below.
Here's my story:
On November 9th I called to schedule an appointment to have my 3 AC/Heat pumps to be checked, one wasn’t working and the others have minor problems. I also wanted digital thermostats installed while they were at it. May as well get everything done in one shot.
Whomever I spoke to on the phone from CozyComfort scheduled me for Tuesday November 11th between 2-4pm.
On Tuesday the technician missed his appointment. When I called they apologized about their screw up and rescheduled someone for later that evening to make up for it. The person on the phone was able to rebook a technician for later that day between 4-7pm.
By 7pm the technician never showed up. I called to see what happened, this was now 2 screw ups in 1 day. They told me he was late and would be there by 8pm.
He finally did arrive, shortly after 8pm. After he made his assessment of the issues with my AC/Heat Pumps he made a couple of recommendations and told me he would call me in a day or two to schedule coming back to fix them. He seemed pretty good... he was very pleasant to deal with... I was ready to forgive their scheduling mistakes and move on. But then...
But then... I never received a call, there was never any followup.
Finally, a week later... I called to see what's going on and to schedule something. It was getting ridiculous, and my condo was getting pretty damn cold...
On the phone I was given a ton of excuses that they've had a lot of "emergency calls" and it would be another week before they could follow up with me. Totally not acceptable, but what could I do... I already paid them $169 just to come over... and I still needed my systems fixed.
I had to call multiple times, finally they said they'd have the technician call me back... he certainly did, but it took several days.
Ok, so now I speak to the technician that assessed my heat pumps... we schedule for Friday Nov 28 at 9am... because that was convenient for him... as if I don't have a job to go to during the day... but whatever I just wanted my damn system to be fixed at this point. It was worth sacrificing a day if CozyComfort Plus would just finish what we already started.
Well Thursday Nov 27th, at 7:54pm I get a call from the Technician... he can't make it anymore... car problems.
While I feel bad for him... I'm sure he didn't want "car problems"... it's been 3 frikkin weeks where my Heat pumps aren't working...
I just want my money back at this point... I paid $169 for an assessment with the good will that after they figure out the problem they'll then fix the issue, which of course I would pay for...
At this point they've wasted plenty of my time and provided me with zero value.
Save yourself the trouble... don't use these guys.
