We had our annual furnace maintenance. Mehfooz is very experienced and did a very thorough check up. Each area was tested professionally. He pointed out areas of concern and provided recommendations and things to watch out.
We will request him again as he is the best we have come across.

Our AC stop working in this heat!! Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services sent Ather Hasan who is very polite, professional, knowledgable and honest and explained in detail the issue of our AC unit. Ather provided excellent service, starting calling me during the day to give me a precise time of arrival, and continuing through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent tips and information. My fireplace now looks like new, and everything is humming along well.

This spring's non stop rain kept causing delays in having my a/c serviced. There were a few reschedules but Ather Hasan was so conscientious about keeping me informed and respecting my time. The 'window of wait time' is much easier to handle when the technician gives you a call ahead of time to tighten up the ETA (which Ather is considerate enough to do). The service itself of course is excellent.

We originally used Cosmopolitan in 2015 when we had a new furnace installed. We were in the market for a new central air conditioning unit and had received quotes from (3) other reputable companies who all quoted in excess of $4300 for the job - each one "slagged off" the other organization and especially Cosmopolitan. I checked on the Homes stars and BBB sites and found nothing but good reviews about Cosmoplitan - they had also done a good job on our furnace installation. Shan provided a very timely quote and arranged for an install for a few days later. Fred and an assistant arrived and had completed the job within several hours. Both Fred and his assistant were very polite and very accommodating to any requests I had. Great job and highly recommended.

Mehfooz is very processional to deal with, has lots of patience.
He came on time, but we were not at home, he waited for us without getting irritated until we came home.
