Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services Inc

Our A/C was not working (fan on condensor was not running) so we called Cosmopolitan, based on reviews on Homestars. They were able to send a technician the same day and they did the repair, and also inducated aditional work was required (motor should be replaced) and that this was possibly under warranty. The techniican said he'd call back on the next business day and let us know. He didn't call, so we called the office and they had no clue what we were talking about. The technician finally did call but still couldn't tell us if the work would be under warranty or not. My husband called Lennox and was told it would be covered. He called the technnician back and the technician said he hadn't heard back and that he didn't think it would be covered. When informed Lennox had said it would be, he said that's not right. The other issue is that the part replaced to fix the first issue was charged to us but should have been covered under the warranty. The Technician is refusing to help us with a reimbursement under the warranty. We will be calling another HVAC company to do additional repairs. The only good thing i can say is that they did give us our cold air back on a very hot day, same day service. Other than that,I would not recommend this company at all.
