From an initial meeting with the President of the company to the clean up crew, Cosmopolitan personnel were exceptional in the manner that business was conducted. The removal and installation was carried out as promised; an early morning arrival of the team meant completion of the job by the afternoon. The work went smoothly with a minimum of fuss and interruption. When a problem did arise, one call and an engineer was on site immediately. I now enjoy a furnace that is "whisper" quiet.
