Just moved into a new home during the heat wave and needed AC badly. Called Cosmopolitan based on the Homestars reviews and Raza came by (on time). He did all the measurements and recommended an appropriate sized unit. We booked the install date and the install guys came (on time). They worked quickly and quietly (considering they were drilling a hole in the house) and even replaced a missing cover on my furnace. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
I had a couple questions about temperature changes between floors that Raza was great at answering and he told me what to ask the installers to do to help compensate. Unfortunately, the installers were not so good at listening (or explaining) and in the end I was directed to just close my basement vents. Aside from that minor communication piece the service was excellent.
My only issue overall (and this is preference) was that I had a good experience with a Coleman AC unit and it looks as though Cosmopolitan only had Amana and Lennox. So I went with Lennox.
