High winds of Nov 17, 2013 knocked a large strip of shingles off our roof. Cornell Roofing replaced our roof in 2008 and gave us a 10 year workmanship warranty so I called the main number and left a message on or around Nov 18/13. I did not get a reply so I called Cole's cell number which I had from when the work was done in 2008 and outlined my problem. He said to call him back on Monday and then asked where I got his number. He sounded surprised that I had it. On Nov 21/13 I emailed mike@cornellroofing.ca requesting a call back but did not hear from anyone. On Monday Nov 26/13 I called Cole's cell and left a message plus I emailed Mike again but did not get any response. I then called Cole on his cell on Nov. 27/13 from another phone number so it would not be recognized and spoke with Cole. He asked me to text him the information such as our address and what was needed so I did. Again, no response. Then on Dec. 17/13 my husband called Cole's cell and the main number and left messages but again no response. It is now 4.5 weeks since we first tried to get service from this company and we have not had any success. Our roof is exposed to the elements and I am greatly concerned about this.
I would like my roof repaired as soon as possible. If this cannot be done by Cornell roofing in a timely manner and I have to pay someone else to do it then I would like to be reimbursed for the amount I had to pay.
