I had an Excellent experience Dealing with Concept Flooring I am a General Contractor doing a main floor renovation in Oakville The homeowners selected their hardwood and tile at Concept Flooring,
I worked hand and hand with the staff and installers on this project and they were incredible to deal with very professional and the quality of the workmanship outstanding, I highly recommend Concept flooring their showroom is outstanding One of the nicest showrooms I have been to in a while

We did a complete Reno top to bottom Concept Flooring supplied and Installed all our tile and Hardwood the sales team was very professional and very easy to deal with they put several design packages together for us to take home and see how they would look in our house, we made our selections they gave us a quote which we thought was very competitive they began working on the day they said they would and did a fantastic job I haven’t seen that quality of workmanship in many years the installers have a fine eye for detail my wife and I are extremely happy with our experience at Concept Flooring .... also their showroom is one of the most beautiful showrooms we’ve been to and we had an amazing cappuccino at their coffee bar

We needed new hardwood for our main floor we dealt with Fausto he is very knowledgeable and friendly he provided us with the perfect colour and service we highly recommend Concept Flooring to everyone who asks where we got our floors done

Originally a good experience, except when it came time to square up the Bill. Wastage estimate in the Job was too high. We did come to agreement in the end but it would have been more of a pleasant experience had we been able to avoid the disagreement.

They do perform quality work though. Just the Money part is a bit sketchy.

We used Concept Flooring located at 251 Speers Road, Oakville, Ontario when we did home renovations February 2014. Luigi was very helpful in assisting us in finding hardwood floors and tiles to suit our family’s needs. The staff and workers were very professional and provided high quality products and service. I would recommend Concept Flooring.

Upon meeting Gino we were quickly pointed in the right direction and we couldn’t be happier.
The floor is artwork and complements our cabinetry beautifully.
