I found Computer Central via the internet due to a problem I have with my Laptop. It was the best decision I've made. Raymond was very friendly and patient with my request. My Laptop was fixed within 3 hours and the price was very reasonable. I will go to Computer Central for all my future computer needs.

Been with Computer Central for 20 years. Always prompt, friendly, and highly competent. Recently my HDs both crashed and I brought them in in hopes. Both were lost. Two days later a new HD and reinstall of Windows and I was up and running, rebuilding from backups and once more favourably impressed. Raymond is a sterling support.

I have bought all of my computers and laptops from them since. (upgrades with technology changes)
Recently my 10 year old computer (desktop) stopped functioning. I called Raymond for a quote for a new replacement, which the price was very good, but he asked me to bring in my old computer to see if he could repair it. I brought it in and he had it working in 10 minutes.
I am very happy with the level of service and can't give enough praise for the quick fix that was performed. Any other store may have said sorry you need to buy a new desktop. The honesty with computer central is what keeps me coming back as a customer.
I am very satisfied with the level of service and customer care that is offered.

In my opinion, Computer Central is one of Mississauga's hidden gems. They are competitive in price with most stores and the service has always been exceptional.

I can't say enough about the service we received from Raymond. In the past we used a big box store and were without our computer for well over a month. We had to purchase a new computer as a loaner and then return it when we finally got our own back.
Raymond's quote was very reasonable to research the issue, which
turned out to be two-fold. Our desk top computer kept shutting down after we had a power outage. Raymond cleaned and replaced
parts in the main drive that had been affected. It worked fine at the store but not at home. We took it back and further research showed that the transformer to the monitor had been compromised. Also the transformer was sitting on the carpet at home which caused it to
overheat. Raymond helped me find a part at a reasonable price that was compatible with our monitor. He also sold us programs we had been looking for at a competitive price and installed them gratis. He gave us invaluable advise regarding the best surge protectors and where to purchase them to prevent future issues. He even did a follow up phone call to make sure everything was working well. If you want someone who has reasonable costs and cares that you are completely satisfied, look no further than Computer Central Canada.

had a rain storm and the power went out. It came back on and thdesk top pc came back up, but the Acer monitor started to shut
down out of the blue. We would stop using it for a period of time and then it would work again for a short time and then just cut out again. He was honest about the quote and time needed to fix.I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an affordable solutions for your problems.

I was dealt with in a most professional way after we dropped off my Acer laptop. From what I had described, our contact, Raymond, said that it was pretty clear that he would have to wipe the laptop clean because there seemed to be a virus undetected by our McAfee protection package. He phoned the next day to say that indeed had been the case, but to re-install Office 2000 he would need the appropriate User Name and Password from me. Fortunately, I was able to provide both. When I phoned to give him the information, he said it would only take half an hour to complete the job, and we were able to pick up the laptop the same day. Raymond has the ability to explain problems clearly, and make the customer feel at ease. He has also assured me that he could be contacted for any problems or questions that might arise. This is a thoroughly satisfied customer that will be sure to be in touch in any future situation.

The jack in my ASUS X53E laptop needed to be replaced. Raymond quickly identified the problem and the repair was done within 3 days. Raymond was very friendly and did an excellent job with the repair. I definitely recommend Computer Central and will be referring my family and friends to this location.

My computer crashed with Windows 10 becoming completely inaccessible. Data recovery was a big concern for me. Raymond was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He inspired a lot of confidence, which greatly alleviated my concerns. He did an excellent job in recovering all of my data and offered great customer service.
