Complete Home Renovations

Roger seemed like a nice guy but turned out to be a "take the money and run" contractor who does subpar work. He was happy to take our money and DIDN'T COME BACK TO COMPLETE THE JOB. We have been trying to get a hold of him by texting, emailing, calling FOR A WHOLE YEAR. No response. The workmanship was mediocre at best. He didn't do certain things eg. installing matching pot lights like we had asked and made up some flimsy excuses. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by Roger's lack of integrity.

In spring of 2013, Roger Murray helped us see the potential in our already finished basement by re-configuring it. The end result was amazing! His guys did great work, kept the project on time and the inevitable mess to a minimum. We hired his company back in the Fall to re-paint our main floor before we refurnished it. They did quality work all around. I would highly recommend Complete Home Renovations!

Our basement started leaking with water and found our basement wall were cracking allowing it to leak whenever it rained. They came over and helped us fixed our basement so no more leakage occur.

We hired Complete Home Renovations to finish our basement (it was previously completely unfinished). Roger Murray provided great guidance in terms of both design and finishing ideas. He was very easy to work with and all of the subtrades were on time, did great work, and were very personable and nice to have in your home. We are very satisfied with the job that Complete Home renovations did on our basement and will likely hire them again for any other renovations down the road.
