My experience with Compass Home Services was top notch. The salesperson was very informative and took time to explain all the options available. The installers were the best; showing up promptly, cleaning up the work site, instructing me on the system and respecting my property! I also had a tankless hot water heater installed by Compass, and again everything was top notch. I look forward to a long relationship with this company as they maintain and service the equipment.

We hired Compass based on reviews and research on Trane Products... Service and Installation was done within a week of contacting them. We had many questions and concerns (thanks Steve) about the humidity in our home .. All of which were handled promptly via emails and phone calls ..My Fussy husband was impressed with the installation and quality of work.very professional. Overnight our humidity went from 22 (below average) to 34! My 2 yr old who was suffering from extreme dry skin and breakouts for 3 months bc of it stopped itching and breaking out in hives/rash due to extremely dry air.
It was so pleasant and refreshing to deal with a "professional" company and trades who took pride in their job..

Rick Lawson was extremely knowledgeable from start to finish and recommended a system that was more expensive than other quotes, but was clearly superior - especially the installation. Everything was delivered as specified. He sold me a trane system, which has worked well. This was a great contractor experience.

I can't be happier with this service. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked to a very high standard. When I had a problem Sheldon made sure to correct it quickly and permanently. I wish all my experiences with contractors went this well.

Compass technician did an excellent job, the work was neat and the work area was left clean, I would recommend this company to do a Furnace or Air conditioner install. Unfortunately it's been about 2 weeks and haven't been able to run it as weather hasn't warmed up enough to put it on.

We highly recommend Compass Home Services Inc. who recently installed our Trane Air Conditioning System. They were very prompt and efficient; not only did they do a great job, they also vastly improved the efficiency of our furnace by installing new duct work for the coil. Their work was even beyond our expectations and the personnel were courteous and left our home without a trace of mess; they even swept the work area and covered the floors and stairs with dropcloths. Their work was completed exactly on schedule.

Neat work, clean finish, good explanations of a suitable furnace and excellent follow-up to educated us on proper care and operation of the furnace as well as some tweeting to satisfy our requests for small alterations. follow up. During installation a new heating duct was installed. It does not properly heat the room it feeds. After several visits by company owner and rep the room is still inadequately heated or cooled.

At the tail end of last summers cooling season the AC unit at my home started exhibiting signs of failure. Strange grumbling sounds from the compressor! Was it the fan or compressor? I didn't know and felt that since the unit was over twenty years old it would likely be better to replace the unit rather than pay for repairs that may only last a few years.

While shopping at Home Depot last week I came across the Compass Home Services kiosk where I meet a company representative. I explained the situation to him, discussed a few options then arranged for an estimate.

Although a tad late, Sheldon arrived at my home as planned. He assessed the the current HVAC system, took several measurements, made copious notes then showed me information pertaining to systems that were suitable for my home. After weighing the benefits of his findings I asked that a quote be left for my review. Sheldon wrote out a very detail quote that explained options for both system and financing. I didn't agree to anything during his first visit as I wanted to investigate other organizations.

Over the following few days I received and reviewed offers from a few other HVAC installers. In the end I elected to utilize Compass. The primary reason being that none of the other organizations I dealt with were as detailed in their findings as Compass Home Services. Although Compass wasn't the most economical at first, Sheldon did work with me and eventually presented a price that I felt was fair.

On the morning of the install young Jamie and his mentor (Sorry, I've forgotten his name!) arrived as anticipated. They set about covering the floors with large tarps then took a few minutes to discuss the installation with me. Once we agreed upon location of the new unit they quickly went about their work. First they removed the old system and took the parts to their van for disposal. Then each of them set about their own tasks in an efficient and effective manner. I was surprised at how much sheet metal, electrical and refrigeration work took place during the install.

Once completed I was shown how the unit functioned and what steps were necessary to keep it well maintained. Unfortunately they were unable to test the unit as the outdoor temperature would not permit operation without damage. I mentioned that I was a little concerned about this however I was reassured that all would be well come the cooling season.

I was impressed by Sheldon's professionalism and pleased with the courtesy shown by staff at Compass Home Services. They were true to their word and have delivered as promised.... almost, Sheldon, were you able to obtain a price on that cover for me?

Our furnace at home was 27 years old and we intended to replace this with high effeciency one. We looked around to select the best product and the installer. Finally at home doept we found Trane High Effeciency Furnace at Compass stall and discussed the project with their representative who provided each and every detial we needed to make a decision. We already had estimates from two other companies and for the same brand, capacity and scope of work, Compass was very competitive. We placed the order and project was done well in time to our entire satisfaction. Their field technicians are very experienced, knowledgable and courtious. We have no doubt to recommend Trane and Compass Home Services to other perspective clients.

Victoria came to my house and being young and informative, she made me feel comfortable because I am a first time home ownner, she took me outside and showed me where the gas line was to go. She was extremely knowledgeable. I was not uncomfortable at all, she was a very nice presence about her and did not make me feel pressured, and at no time after that if Vikki could not answer my questions, Bob the owner answered all my questions for me. Everyone was straight up and Jackie in the office was very helpful with providing information my rebates. Compasss is a great company and gave me everything straight up. Work was done extremeley well, area was all cleaned up and going with Compass saved me alot of money.
