Went to south Vancouver main location. Staff was friendly and was able to give us a great bundle price. Better than other appliance retailers with more choices and sales associates know their products.

3 weeks to have my new Jennair fridge fixed and still waiting, they have yet to fix it. Worst service ever from the Nanaimo store. New fridge and the compressor is shot.

As soon as the salesman had his commision,whole attitude changed to "too bad,so sad" complete with smirk and "I only know what they tell me" Thanks for nothing Steve. Happy with the product, but not the salesman.I'll buy my dishwasher somwhere else. Thank you Boss Appliances for being so great

Builder directed us here since this is who they dealt with. Wanted a simple upgrade, thought we had a good deal (we were told we would get a builder's price). After checking elsewhere and online, realized we overpaid by more than $300. Couldn't do anything about it. Really regret dealing with them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Price and quality appear good. Customer Service needs improvement. Ordered door but salesperson neglected to follow up and I have no idea when to expect delivery and installation. Numerous calls to them have not provided any further information.

When we purchased over $5000 worth of appliances from Coast they were very happy to help out and talked us into the 5 year extended warranty on the appliances. Our microwave recently packed it in and when I contacted Coast I was advised that the extended warranty only covered certain problems with the microwave, it ended up being a partial extended warranty on it....I don't recall the salesman mentioning that about it during the sales pitch otherwise I wouldn't have spent the money for the microwave coverage...oh well may be my memory???
Anyway, I got sent on a very frustrating run around so after the 4th call to someone different I hung up in total frustration and anger and emailed the general manager for Coquitlam where we bought the appliances. He was very quick to respond but the end result was extremely disappointing. You would think that after spending the money and getting the run around they would offer to pay for a service call to figure out if the problem was covered or not but I was told if the warranty didn't cover the fault we were on the hook for the service call and repair. Not a very nice position to put a customer. Microwaves are what $300-500 new...so if it's not covered we'd have to pay $80 or so for the service call on top of the repair and parts cost. Not really worth it is it?

So to make a short story made longer, Coast Wholesale Appliances completely left us hanging. No real support and it felt like pulling teeth to get them to do the little bit they did.

I gave them one point for the quick response of the general manager but they were lucky to get that.

We bought a dishwasher from them. They were nice to deal with. They have a good selection, not the best, but good enough. Some of the prices are high so you have to be careful and make sure you buy stuff that is on sale.

If you want affordable and trendy house hold appliances, Coast Wholesale Appliances is the place to go. We found all of our appliances there at very affordable prices. We would recommend everyone to go there.

I find that unless you're referred by someone you won't get the service you would expect from the sales. I went to the showroom prior to construction to price out the appliances i'll need. I didn't have referral at that point, so i asked for any sales to help me. The sales expects me to know exactly the brand and model of appliances i was looking for but i told her i need help and guidance in selecting what i want. The reply from the sales lady was that "we sell to builders only, you need to know what you're looking for before coming here". My question is, why are they advertising on radios and magazines if they don't want to deal with walk-in customers?
