Drywall our 800 sq.ft basement
I would say our basement was pretty difficult to drywall as it has lots and lots of nooks and crannies. Greg has lots of experience at this. He not only did an excellent job on the mudding and he also cleanup after he's done his work.
Spray form insulation for living space under balcony
Our inspector required us to use spray form insulation for our basement laundry room because it was underneath a balcony. The reason is because there wasn't proper air ventilation for the ceiling. I would recommend these guys because they did an excellent job making sure everything that shouldn't get spray on was covered up.
We bought a free standing bath tub from fontile last month. They had a reason able price because the bath tub was manufactured locally in Langley. The tub arrived on time.
I was amazed at the wide range of choices they carry. Ultimately found what i was looking for. I've bought many lighting fixtures from them before. I always try to look for the same sales so they recognizes me and would usually give me a good discount.
Bought a 4 jet Jacuzzi tube last year. They have some pretty affordable tube there, not the nicest looking but i get what i paid for. I have to say i'm not too happy with the customer service there. They seem to expect you to know everything and they don't like you asking questions.
Purchased all new kitchen appliances
I find their customer service to be great, just a bit slow as the people that work at this location is older than all the other showrooms i've been to.

I find that unless you're referred by someone you won't get the service you would expect from the sales. I went to the showroom prior to construction to price out the appliances i'll need. I didn't have referral at that point, so i asked for any sales to help me. The sales expects me to know exactly the brand and model of appliances i was looking for but i told her i need help and guidance in selecting what i want. The reply from the sales lady was that "we sell to builders only, you need to know what you're looking for before coming here". My question is, why are they advertising on radios and magazines if they don't want to deal with walk-in customers?
