I called Brent for an inspection on what I thought was a water damaged sub-floor panel. I later decided to have him do a full home inspection instead. Brent went through my home like a bloodhound, checking every corner, every nook and every seal both inside and out. While going through the house he explained why things happen the way they do and what potential problems could come down the line. When all is said and done, Brent sits down with you and explains in detail what he has found and what he thought was done quite well. A binder and detailed copies of the inspection are provided for future reference. I even received the digitals of the numerous photos he took of the house for record keeping that very night.
I had numerous questions and he took the time to answer every single one of them. This is invaluable when the guidance comes from an industry expert. I cannot express how satisfied I was with the service provided today. Professionalism and dedication like this to one's craft is hard to come by today but Brent exuded these qualities and exceeded my expectations.

I actually find it alarming how many people find me to be so detailed and that I take the time to go through things with people. Shouldn't all home inspectors be doing the same ? From what I've heard time and time again, apparantly not. I just heard a story yesterday that the people had a inspection performed on their home and the inspector from the buyers went into the attic, found an issue, told them it was a major structural issue, didn't bother to take a picture of it, and didn't even give the buyers a report. This scared everybody and the deal did not go through because of this. The sad part is, this is a well respected home inspector in the industry !!! How do people understand if you don't tell them, explain it to them, and show them pictures for proof ??? Totally unprofessional! Anyways, no more bickering ...
