We had Brent do a pre-inspection of an older home and he did an amazing job finding issues my real estate agent and I totally missed. He is extremely competent in his work, knows everything about houses and how to fix them, and is very generous in providing clarification. Unlike other bigger companies, he provides verification of leaks using a thermal imager at no additional cost and does his best to help you find a home that will cause you the least problems. Brent goes above and beyond the services of a home inspector. I will recommend him to everyone I know without hesitation.

Some inspectors charge hundreds extra, I guess business isnt good for them so they have to charge extra where they can. Anyways, I'm glad that you were happy with the inspection.
