My husband and I were very satisfied with Brent's professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness and friendliness. During the inspection, Brent learned that we have a newborn, and gave specific suggestions to ensure his safety. He also welcomes questions during the process and doesn't ever make you feel as though your question is dumb. The pictures and report that are provided after the inspection are very helpful. The report is very detailed and user-friendly for newbies. Brent's services were well worth the money spent.

I would sooner you ask me first then to ask someone trying to sell you something. A good home inspector should ask things like will there be young ones, elderly, or about tennants in the basement. Not because we're nosey, but because it's good to get advice or purhaps be weary of certain things when living in the home. As we all know, people can get hurt around the home.
