Brent from Classic Home Inspections was very patient, thorough, knowledgable, and prompt. We are buying a resale home on a very aggressive schedule and despite the rush of scheduling he took his time to make sure NOT ONE LITTLE ITEM was missed, inside or out. Brent explained all facets of the inspection and prioritized recommended repairs and renovations according to the true condition of the house, and really made us feel confident that we are making the right choice in buying this property.
