The represtative for the company "Roy" was not able to give a price for the water proofing to the basement walls as after checking behind the make-shift drywall it was found that they was no foundation simply packed clay soil.Instead he recomended a contracting company to correct the problem.It is hard to find such honesty these days. our basement suffered from chronic leaking after every heavy downpour. We called Clarke basement systems, Don came and did a through on site visit, he laid a plan and described to me a water mangement system. We had it installed and our basement has been dry ever since, I actually look forward to heavy downpours to see his water management system kick into gear and keep our basement dry.
