Plumbing Leak

Gus was recommended by a friend. We have certainly been pleased by the two visits we have had. He found one pinhole leak in a pipe (nail put in PEX pipe by plumber before we bough house...) and another toilet leak. They diagnosed and fixed both quickly and without any headaches. Couldn't ask for more and will call him again when we are doing our renovation.

Basement Drain Inspection & Cleaning

Gus was very informative and although he was unable to fully clean the drain due to the pipe being partially collapsed, he provided us with honest, useful advice for correcting the flooding issue in our basement.

toilet troubles

We were having constant trouble with our downstairs toilet, so we called Jeff ( referred by a family friend) and he did an amazing job! He replaced our toilet leaving no mess, he worked quick and efficiently. I would recommend to all who need a 24/7 plumber!

Installing a toilet

City re-installed our toilet after it had been removed for floor refinishing. Three weeks later we discovered that it had been slowly leaking. A technician from Mr. Rooter shook his head in disbelief when he saw the shoddy workmanship. The drywall and hardwood floor in the downstairhallway had to be replaced. The total cost was around $5000. City Plumbing wouldn't return messages and didn't even offer to pay the insurance deductible.

Approximate cost of services:
$300.00

plumbing back-up

My drain was backing up with use of any major appliance. These guys came in and snaked everything, but the block was at the street on city property. Thankfully, they weren't after a money grab and directed me to the city. But the best part was the follow-up call I received a day or two later just checking in to make sure I'd been serviced by the city OK. Loved it!

$150.00
