This company is terrible! We hired Ali and co. to put in hardwood on our 2nd floor and stain it to match our stairs. The colour didn't match entirely and was inconsistent (some dark sections & some light sections.) There were also many holes along the baseboards where they put the nails (so many holes they looked like ant holes!) We asked for the floor to be re-done as we were not happy AT ALL! After many calls they finally came back. The 2nd time around the floor was stained a completely different colour and finished with HIGH GLOSS which our stairs is not. We have tried calling the company again with no answer to our many calls and few voicemails left. We paid this company almost $4k and now have to hire another company/person to come re-do the job.
