All potential customers - run from this company. I never experienced such horrid customer service in my life. We actually had to submit a complaint to better business bureau and consumer affairs. To sum it up:
1. Sales reps never call you back when you leave them messages about upgrading your systems. Tried 3-4 times to get to talk to someone, no response from sales people
2. Cost of home monitoring basic service $25 a month, but they charge $300-$400 to replace simple battery which suprisingly stops working every 2-3 years. When I tried to talk to them to see whether they can reduce the charge, the service person yelled at me and hung up on me.
3. When we cancelled our contract, they continued to bill us... Nobody gets back to you when you leave messages or send emails.
You can get better deal anywhere else. I am surprised with this attitudede they are still in business.
