Adrian has made my sofa hunting experience a memorable one! I have been searching for a leather sofa and love seat for over a year, visited several furniture stores in Toronto, and had no luck. Finally, I came across Choice Leather online and decided to take a look in-store. I was greeted by Adrian who showed us around and shared his expertise on leather furniture. At first, I thought I knew what I wanted, but when I arrived and seen the various choices available, I was left confused and uncertain. Adrian was easy-going, patient, and tried to understand my family and living room needs. There was no pressure to make a purchase that day, he also reminded us to choose something we would be happy with, which was nice since other furniture stores have pressured us just to close a sale. One week later, I still could not decide between a few top choices. Adrian then took the initiative to walk me through my potential purchase by asking two questions: What do you need - is it for comfort or beauty? ...A choice was made ! I wish all my purchasing experiences could be like this. Adrian is an amazing person, I consider him family. Service was excellent! Delivery was on time, setup was great, he even cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Choice Leather!
