An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We decided to renovate our master bathroom and as this was our first major renovation, we were a little unsure of where to start. After meeting with several other contractors, we contacted the Celio Group and scheduled a visit for an estimate. Right from the first phone call we were impressed with Celio Group- the receptionist (Lorie) was very friendly and booked a visit within three days with Anthony.
Anthony showed up on time, reviewed what we wanted to have done, asked lots of questions and did a drawing of the new layout, all within 30 minutes. Their estimate was in the range of what we thought and Anthony didn't try to up-sell any additions, as other contractors had. This was greatly appreciated as we knew exactly what we wanted.
Once we chose Celio Group, we met with Rob and Anthony to review the contract and confirm the schedule/details. We were expecting a baby close to the finish date and Rob assured me the work would be done before the baby arrived. And he was true to his word. We are very happy with our master bathroom and were impressed by the professionalism of Rob and Anthony and all of their tradesmen. We would definitely recommend them to friends/family and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
