We ordered a spectacular fixture sight unseen from a catalogue from Casa Di Luce. They were extremely helpful in determining if the fixture would work as we only have 8 foot ceilings and the fixture was shown in much taller rooms. Upon arrival, the fixture, which looked stunning, had a few defects and was missing a finishing screw. Oleg and his team ensured that all necessary pieces were replaced to our satisfaction and even threw in all the LED lightbulbs as a bonus.
