Liked the fact that Casa Bella Windows Manufacture their own windows and was able to customize wood casings to accommodate our existing wood shutters we already had without having to replace them to new ones, which was also a key factor in choosing a good window manufacturer who was able to accommodate our requests.
Casa Bella Windows are great quality well built windows at a reasonable price also has great colour and windows options too. Friendly and helpful staff, German was our salesman he answered all our questions and concerns in a professional, courteous manner.

Casa Bella did a great job for me.

Their quote was competitive with the other companies I investigated. I went with Casa Bella for three reasons: the company has a long track record of satisfied customers; Ronnie Pacua (sales rep and my initial contact) inspired my trust and confidence; and I liked that the installation would not be sub-contracted out... everyone I dealt with worked directly for Casa Bella and are proud of their products and service.

Ronnie was quick to get back to me whenever I had questions. My new windows qualify for the GreenOn rebate, meaning some paperwork hoops to jump through, and I was provided with the necessary information and forms in a timely manner. The job was started when Ronnie said it would start and completed on schedule. He called the first day to make sure everything was proceeding to my satisfaction.

I cannot say enough good things about the installation crew. They arrived on time, were always friendly, took care to protect my home while they worked, and did an amazing job. They take pride in their work and it shows. Huge thanks to Billy, Donny, Andrew, Noel, Mike, Erik and Chris. They even did some extra trim and caulking here and there that wasn't part of the project, just because they thought it should be done. They left my place very clean each day and at the end of the project... much less disruption than I'd expected.

I got Architectural Plus windows and they're beautifully made and very attractive. I've already noticed the AC running much less and I expect the furnace will be running less often too when winter comes. They also block noise much better than my old windows. The doors (including one custom sized) were exactly as I ordered and were hung perfectly and look great.

Would recommend Casa Bella to anyone needing new windows/doors.

Where do I start, We had Casa Bella replace windows in three different houses because we have been so impressed with their windows and service. THEN, I had to replace windows on a fourth house and Casa Bella had not yet been approved for the government rebate so I was forced to go elsewhere due to time constraints. I went with another one of the TOP homestars window companies and to be honest had a good experience, they had good reviews. When it was time to do my mothers windows (I think 23 windows, a front door and a patio door) Casa Bella had been approved for the rebate and we went back with them as the pricing was better and their windows are made in house and being able to compare the two products from previous jobs I believe Casa Bella windows were better. The other place also missed manufacturing two windows which the window company had great service to assure us they would get them for us asap and we did, but when we got them the insides of the windows were the wrong color (silver instead of white) and again, great service with them assuring us they would fix that as well which they did in a few weeks, so I believe with Casa Bella manufacturing in house these things would not have been at the mercy of a third party company. Anyways - So, when the crew came to install the windows, they were absolutely amazing, I wish I could name all of their names here but my mom was interacting more with them, Mike was the lead and every single one of them was great. The one thing I want you to take away from this review is.... The two houses had windows installed by two top homestars companies within 2 months apart both about 20 windows - both patio doors, so I got to experience both products and services and Casa Bella hands down went above and beyond. The other company did everything expected and did it well so 100% score for them, cannot ding them, but Casa Bella did 150%. We had two crews one day and one crew the other day, easy to interact with, easy to ask questions, friendly, they capped two extra windows for us. We felt very comfortable, the other company was friendly but we did not feel comfortable asking questions, they were all about get in there, get the job done, call the main sales person if we had questions or needed anything extra.

Right from the beginning it was a very positive experience. Ronnie Pascua in sales was attentive to my needs and responded promptly to my questions. The installation crew was timely, respectful of my home and very professional. The installation and finishing was fantastic. This was a great experience. Thank you Casa Bella.

Overall experience was exceptional. From German in the showroom to Ricardo and his crew during installation, we are very pleased, love our windows and door. We highly recommend Casa Bella.
