Where do I start, We had Casa Bella replace windows in three different houses because we have been so impressed with their windows and service. THEN, I had to replace windows on a fourth house and Casa Bella had not yet been approved for the government rebate so I was forced to go elsewhere due to time constraints. I went with another one of the TOP homestars window companies and to be honest had a good experience, they had good reviews. When it was time to do my mothers windows (I think 23 windows, a front door and a patio door) Casa Bella had been approved for the rebate and we went back with them as the pricing was better and their windows are made in house and being able to compare the two products from previous jobs I believe Casa Bella windows were better. The other place also missed manufacturing two windows which the window company had great service to assure us they would get them for us asap and we did, but when we got them the insides of the windows were the wrong color (silver instead of white) and again, great service with them assuring us they would fix that as well which they did in a few weeks, so I believe with Casa Bella manufacturing in house these things would not have been at the mercy of a third party company. Anyways - So, when the crew came to install the windows, they were absolutely amazing, I wish I could name all of their names here but my mom was interacting more with them, Mike was the lead and every single one of them was great. The one thing I want you to take away from this review is.... The two houses had windows installed by two top homestars companies within 2 months apart both about 20 windows - both patio doors, so I got to experience both products and services and Casa Bella hands down went above and beyond. The other company did everything expected and did it well so 100% score for them, cannot ding them, but Casa Bella did 150%. We had two crews one day and one crew the other day, easy to interact with, easy to ask questions, friendly, they capped two extra windows for us. We felt very comfortable, the other company was friendly but we did not feel comfortable asking questions, they were all about get in there, get the job done, call the main sales person if we had questions or needed anything extra.
