I had this company clean my rugs and they did a beautiful job on cleaning them, especially the fringes. They also give you a good deal.
If your rugs are not back on the due date stated on the invoice, it usually means they had to do a second cleaning. Plus they only deliver on Thursdays so be patient if you have to wait another week. They take pride in their work and if a second cleaning is required it causes a delay. Don't worry, it is worth it and they have not lost or damaged your rug/rugs. You'll be happy with the end
result.
Perhaps the company could inform their customers at the time of pickup the rugs could possibly take an additional week if a second cleaning is required. This way, the customer is not left wondering why they are not delivered back within the time frame stated on their receipt.
Other than that, they do a GREAT JOB!!
