Terrible customer service !!!!
They do not stand behind their appliances. Sold us an expensive defective stove. They hide behind emails , they blame the manufacturer and never take responsibility for anything. Salespeople are very charming in the showroom but that changes when there is an issue with their products. Their response is to buy an extended warranty if there is an issue. We discovered during home renos that a previous appliance purchase from Caplans came with an incorrect power cord that had melted. The salesperson had also recommended the installer as well offering us a deal on delivery if using their installer. Never dealing with Caplan's again.
