After looking in the yellow pages in a mad rush before Fall, I finally found a roofer who was willing to come look at an emergency roof repair that had just cropped up on me. Many roofers were unwilling to even look at my job, having too much to do before winter began. My roof sprung a leak and it was leaking into my upstairs. It would have been a major issue to contend with this leak through the winter, especially knowing now all the snow we got this yr!!!
I picked one that sounded terrific when they came to quote. I see their trucks all the time and thought they'd be good. By the time they were to start, another 2 wks had passed. Then.....they DID NOT SHOW UP! After calling and calling and calling.....I finally turned again, desperate, to the phone book. I landed on a fellow named JOE from Capital Roofing. He came over within a day. And due to the urgency of the issue, and with the changing weather, he was willing to begin the work on a Saturday and work through the weekend to finish it. He was very fair in his pricing. And his workmanship quality was excellent. I saw the work first hand (I went on the roof several times) and the leak did not spring up all through the winter. I am SOOOOO HAPPY that I met Joe from Capital Roofing. I would definitely hire him again. He was a very nice man. His work was excellent. His employee was a young fellow -- a hard worker. But Joe (and even his father) assisted with my repair, to ensure it got done!!!! Thank you!!!!
