The two man crew that came to replace five windows on my second floor in two rental apartments arrived shortly after 8am and after a brief show and tell they immediately got to work laying down protective pads from the downstairs door, up the stairs and to all the spots where they would be working. The two gentlemen worked at a very steady pace, working like a well oiled machine to accomplish their task in about six hours or so. I am not even sure they took a break and it was hot and steamy outside. I am very pleased with the result.

Great customer service and product. I had them replace 2 entrance doors and a sliding door. They came out, took the measurements and other design details. Once the doors were made a professional came out and completed the install in a timely manner. They really know what they were doing. The doors operate perfectly and the installer made sure I was happy with the final product before leaving. I highly recommend this company, from Blair, in sales, through work completion they were true professionals.

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was a very easy company to work with from the first meeting setting up the quote, to when final payment was completed. Our sales rep Joe took his time to carefully walk us through the entire process, what our options were for the windows and doors, discussed payment options including the Greener Homes Loans and offered to help answer questions about it should we go that route.

For the time leading up to the installation date on May 28 to May 29, 2024, Joe made himself available for any questions we had including on weekends, though we felt bad bothering him during his off hours, but he never made us feel we were inconveniencing him. Working with the administrative staff, they were extremely pleasant to speak with on the phone and responded to emails in very short periods of time. There was not a moment where we felt we were being ignored or forgotten which is a pleasant surprise as that means we did NO chasing at all unlike our experiences in the past.

The installation team is one team that I cannot say enough to show how happy we were with their work. Lead by Mike, they were very professional, polite, and very very respectful of our home whether making sure not to make a big mess inside, to avoiding damaging our gardens as much as possible when installing our front bay windows. Mike took the time to answer questions we had and never made us feel like we were bothering him once.

We have had our share of experiences when it comes to dealing with renovations but this is the first team/company we have dealt with where we were very happy with everything from start to finish. I sounds like a perfect situation and honestly it was just that and so much so that I immediately recommended a family member to connect with Joe about his new window project.

OMG, the whole experience is fantastic, the guys really take care of each aspect of the project. Started with Home show at Toronto exhibition centre, one call and a wonderful sales representative Tony tells me all about it, answers all my questions, even the history of the company and the product, amazing conversation. All set up and ready, planning done quickly and the measuring team is working out the finest smallest angles and directions to make my dream real. They show up on the door step at 8am on the day scheduled, not a minute lost, clean, even quiet and so fast. Not jeopardizing the quality a single bit.
