Canadian Choice

I replaced my window and Doors I had six quotes some more some less expensive. I went with Canadian choice Windows and Doors because of Stan's recommendations and professionalism Mike and his crew installed to perfect fit .Stan came back to inspect everything,it was a yob well done I would reccomend Canadian choice Windows and Doors to anyone who wants the job right the first time.

We got quoted from three different companies and chose Canadian Choice. Joe, our salesmen was awesome. He came out on his day off (from an hour away) as we wanted to make a change to the windows and he wanted to make sure we got the sale on the last day. He always answers my text message/questions within minutes! Gino and his team worked really hard in extreme heat to install our windows over three days. They followed through with everything they said they would.

From the start with our sales rep Joe W. to installation was a perfect experience. Great knowledge from both sales and service teams! We are very happy with all our new windows and doors! Highly recommend this company!

Really outstanding service from the moment the sales rep came in all the way to the installation. Highly professional and respectful. Addressing every issue . I would like to thank especially the installation team, they were beyond awesome in their job, so efficient, they cleaned everything , professional and were patient with all our questions. One of the windows when it was being installed was hard to lock and unlock . The installer immediately asked for someone from their factory to have a look at it and they came and fixed it . I rate this company 5 stars as their service was just far and beyond. You will never be disappointed.

We did our research before committing to a company and by far Canadian choice was our first choice. Stan was very educated and confident with his product which made our choice very easy.
In regards to installation, Mike and his partner were very professional and they mean business. They never stopped to take a break or never on a phone call. They were here to do work and that's what they did.
They are so clean and efficient that once they were done, you didn't even know they were here.
We get compliments all the time with our windows and we couldn't be happier.

It all started approximately five years ago when we purchased our new home. The windows in the whole house started to develop mold around the frame of the windows. They seem to always be wet in the colder months. Then the downstairs windows, which was made from wood also started developing mold. My husband and I each year used every type of product out there to eradicate this problem to no avail. We called Canadian Choice Windows to inspect the windows and give us a solution. The solution was to replace all the windows and doors in the house because the mold had developed on the windows and was not going to go away. We were not expecting this cost but knew that they needed to be replaced or get sick from the mold.

Stan Rait our sales representative ordered the windows and doors, with a turnaround time of two months. Canadian Choice called to advise me that the windows and doors were ready and could we please set up a date for installation. Slava and Dmitri arrived on time on the set date and the installation took three days. The service was excellent and the two gentlemen were very polite and professional. At the end of all the installation we were given instructions on how the windows operated. Perfect I said! We walked around and inspected each window and noticed that two of the windows had scratches on them. Pictures were taken and forwarded to the appropriate department for a remake. The remade windows arrived six weeks later (due to the delay with Covid) and installed by Michael and his associate. It took them all of ten minutes to replace the glass in the windows.

Joe Waddell came to complete a quote for my new door and 4 windows that needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and showed a bunch of options that were in our budget. It was really great that this company had a payment plan option and Joe explained the whole process. He was quick with replying to my questions via text during the whole wait up to installation and made sure things were ran smoothly. They did measurements within a week and the install was fast and clean! Installer even offered offered come back if there were any issues. It hasn't even been a week and we can already tell the difference of having better insulation for our windows and front door. I highly recommend this company and Joe Waddell to work with for your windows and door. I look forward to working with Joe again in the future!
