This is my second time being a customer of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. I had both windows and front entry door replaced at my rental properties. The service was always timely and professional. Joe was the sales representative that assisted me both times. His customer service was excellent, he is knowledgeable about the products and would recommend according to your best interest. Lexi, the installer, did a great job with the installation and took his time to make sure his work was done properly and with care. Both times, the pricing was also unbeatable as I received 2 other quotes from 2 other companies each time. I would highly recommend their services to family and friends. Make sure you specifically request for Joe, I know I will. Thank you for the great service Joe. I hope to do more business with you again. But hopefully not anytime soon haha

Joe Waddell came to complete a quote for my new door and 4 windows that needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable and showed a bunch of options that were in our budget. It was really great that this company had a payment plan option and Joe explained the whole process. He was quick with replying to my questions via text during the whole wait up to installation and made sure things were ran smoothly. They did measurements within a week and the install was fast and clean! Installer even offered offered come back if there were any issues. It hasn't even been a week and we can already tell the difference of having better insulation for our windows and front door. I highly recommend this company and Joe Waddell to work with for your windows and door. I look forward to working with Joe again in the future! I planned to renovate my basement kitchen and basement bathroom. I'm glad I hired Craig and Josh to help me with the demo job. They provided the most reasonable price to get the job completed and worked very efficiently! They were professional, approachable and went above and beyond expectation. They found a small amount of mould on some of my walls and painted them with antibacterial paint. After the demolition, they cleaned up the space very well. I'll definitely use their services again in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Richard was very approachable and knowledgeable about my mould issue! Online quote done upon taking my address down and was very reasonable with the pricing, even gave me a discount! I also sent him pictures from the completed inspection. Nathan and Jacob came on time and were very professional. They walked me through the process! Although, I wish there was a before and after photo of the attic as I was not present to see the job but they gave me reassurance, certificate was provided and a detailed list of what was done to remove and prevent mold recurrence. They also found more mold in another area of the attic and worked on that with no extra charge. Thank you HIP!

I have been working with Bryce for over two years and have inspected multiple houses together while assisting me in purchasing my first and second homes! Bryce is very knowledgeable and approachable, he ensures you know that he is working for your best interest! I noticed that he is a great team player when he offered to give knowledgeable information about pictures I would send him regarding areas of houses that appeared concerning to me during my house hunting. I try not to take advantage though. I just recently purchased my second home in this hot market in Hamilton under asking price and I know I could not have done it without his help! His reports definitely helped out with my negotiations with the seller.
