Amazing sales rep. He made everything possible. Very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. He was there every step of the way and was always available to listen and help out as much as he can.

We first meet joe when we wanted to replace a front window that had lost its vapour barrier , in that talk, we talk about a back door instead of the window that was there , 3 months later i had sliding door that amazing . Later in the summer joe was talking to a neighbour about his windows, with that talk our back door that was that that lead to enclosed sun porch , we had taken down needed something different . 4months later beautiful doors front and back . Unquestionable, our experience with Jemal represents among the highest levels of customer service we have ever experienced and let me tell you, I am serious about customer services as it is the face of a corporation that the client sees. Out of the six companies we inquired during our search for our new windows, once we met and interacted with Jemal at the showroom our minds were made. The information was accurate and in-depth and his responses to queries were turned around very fast and with no hesitation. Jemal was particularly respectful of our ideas, for example on the matter of the Golden ratio for the partition of the casement/fixed windows. His answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make an informed decision minimising the end-to-end time to process complex details among a number of issues before and after the installation of our brand-new beautiful windows.

middle pane shattered.edmonton office no warranty.said I would pay last march.they said ordered be june.still nothing wont return calls blaming manufacturer.Had 3 other manufacturers look said shuold be warranty.dont care need fixed.The worst service we have ever experienced! now have contacted manufacturer they said they would look into problem.2 Weeks ago. now waiting and hoping for some resolution? Like windows edmonton office terrible service. hoping manufacturer reads this and does somthing about this!

Jemal was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and upfront and extremely personable. Not salesy! He followed up in a timely manner once everything was installed and answered any and ALL questions we had. He clearly explained payment options to us which usually causes some confusion but he was very detailed and thorough. He made everything from start to finish so easy! We recommended him to some of our friends!

Installed windows front of house less than a year ago. One window at an angle, cranks don’t work, and three windows are fogged up on hot days. No one returning calls and email. Avoid!!

I was very pleased with both my salesperson Graeme and the installers. They were very polite and worked tirelessly. They arrived at my house at 9:00 am and worked tirelessly until 8:45 pm. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Canadian Choice Windows & Doors.

Quality +++ Graeme was available, knowledgeable, informative, professional and available, he was a rockstar. The installers were polite, respectful professional and hard working. The product is fantastic and the workmanship and attention to detail amazing . This is my second time using this company and will recommend them to everyone. BEST COMPANY
