Canadian Choice

When we first moved in 4 years ago we had to replace all of our windows. Joe walked us through everything and we have been extremely satisfied.

Fast forward to this year and we know we needed a new door and basement windows and Joe once again helped us with the process. Super easy.

STAY AWAY! THEY WILL TELL YOU YOUR INSTALL WILL BE DONE BY THEIR OWN TECHNICIANS, BUT DON'T BE FOOLED, THEY USE SUBS...SUBPAR INSTALL. SEVERAL DIFFERENT ATTEMPTS IN 6 MONTH PERIOD OR MORE WITH DIFFERENT CREW AND STILL OUR DOOR IS NOT LEVEL.

Our experience was great with Jemal. He was super friendly and very patient with us during our time of trying to decide on windows. He was very thorough with us as well. Great experience and would highly recommend Jemal!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

From sales (Jemal was so courteous and helpful) to window measurement (it was a seamless process and the gentlemen was so kind...and funny!) to customer care who continued to follow up to confirm the date of installation and then again to confirm that our installation gentlemen arrived on time - which they did - 1 hour early!. and then to see how installation went afterwards. And let's not forget our installation techs who were extremely professional and had everything installed in one day - with no hiccups. Our original windows were wooden and after 25 years needed to be replaced. Inna of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with as Project Manager. She explained the different options and the type of windows we would be getting and even helped design some of the frames. She gave us a very fair price for all the work involved. Our Installer, Slava, and his assistant were very professional in getting the job done in 2 days. A major factor in choosing this company is that they are also the manufacturer of the windows and not just an installer and give the best warranty in the business. I saved a lot money in getting replacement windows rather than complete new frames. I strongly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.
