Our original windows were wooden and after 25 years needed to be replaced. Inna of Canadian Choice Windows and Doors was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with as Project Manager. She explained the different options and the type of windows we would be getting and even helped design some of the frames. She gave us a very fair price for all the work involved. Our Installer, Slava, and his assistant were very professional in getting the job done in 2 days. A major factor in choosing this company is that they are also the manufacturer of the windows and not just an installer and give the best warranty in the business. I saved a lot money in getting replacement windows rather than complete new frames. I strongly recommend Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

Mal at Toronto Fence Repair came to give me a quote on a wood fence repair promptly and duyring a very busy time. Rather than quoting only on a new fence, he gave me the option of repairing the old existing fence with new posts. The work was excellent, professional and on time. And much less costly than mismatching a new portion with the old. And Mal also cleverly found a way to secure a wooden shed with new posts to prevent it from sagging. Jeff is a true professional and a gentleman. He replaced 4 skylights on our roof on time, on budget, no hassle, and explained everything to us pre and post installation. He was extremely polite and took whatever time was needed to do an inspection, give us a quote, and completely clean up and dispose of all garbage. I contacted several other installers who tried to oversell and over price the job. Jeff also did some ancillary roof work at no extra cost. I rate Jeff among the best contractors we have had to do work at our house. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and courteous job on their skylights.

Turned on the outdoor water tab for spring. Heard dripping in the basement, water coming through the ceiling. Called New Canadian Plumbing. Habib came within 20 minutes, found the problem, removed the old tab which required a lot of work and put in a new tap, He was terrific, worked very hard, cleaned up and even called us the next day to make sure all was okay. This company is first rate, honest, reasonable and reliable. Cold have been a disaster.

I have dealt with this company for a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water (gas) tank. All of the people who work there, and the owner Sam, are very customer friendly, responsive and appreciative of your business. Their prices are very competitive and their sales people are knowledgeable. That is why I have referred several friends to Convertible Air who are also very satisfied. With the first heat wave this year (May, 2020), my air conditioner wouldn't switch on. I called the company and within 6 hours the technician came and repaired the system and fortunately at no charge under my extended warranty. All work is very professional and the technicians never leave a mess. It is a pleasure to deal with a family owned business where you don't have to hold for hours on the phone and don't get ignored. I would give them a 10+ rating.
