Canadian Choice

I have built and sub contracted many homes and by far this is the worst experience I have had with a contractor.
There is no customer service with this company.
We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, at the beginning very kind and helpful.
Once the windows arrived and were installed this is were the nightmare begins. We were not home for the majority of the install, but when we came home it was obvious the mistakes made. We called the representative who sold us the windows right away, only to be told and I am paraphrasing "this is what you ordered, not our problem"
1. Wrong windows installed, the large picture windows in the living room should of had sliding bottom windows with screen, this was very important to me as I wanted to open to let fresh air in.
2. Windows in the bathroom came with no privacy glass, not only do I remember asking would the windows have privacy glass, I was reassured they would, plus its common sense to have privacy glass in the bathrooms.
3. Half of the windows installed are missing the metal flashing.
I have tried several time to resolve these issues with this company, but have had no luck.
Now I must hire another company to fix the incompetence of this company.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IN THE PARKSVILLE AREA NEEDING NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Assisted by Joe from Canadian Choice Windows and Doors. Joe provided excellent customer experience. He informed me of different options with regard to windows, listened to my needs and budget and we came up with the best windows for our home, that look great and are energy efficient. He also informed me of the energy efficiency rebates available and assisted with implementing this step as well.

We just had our windows and front door completed last week and we are so thrilled with the new look. It started with meeting with Joe the sales rep who spent a lot of time with us going over so many options. He was very detailed and patient with all of our questions. The installation crew of Igor and his team were amazing and so clean. They showed up earlier than expected and worked 2 full days getting the job done. If youre ever interested in windows, call Canadian Choice and ask for Joe and you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end!

We recently had two casement windows installed, one in our sons bedroom and the other in a spare bedroom. We had our initial sales consultation/quote with Joe, who visited our home. He was very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer any questions/concerns we had. After meeting with him, it was a very easy decision to give our business to Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

The remainder of the process was just as professional and easy. There was regular communication sent to us in regards to setting up an in-home consultation to finalize measurements as well as providing us regular updates on the production of our windows.

The installation process was seamless as well. Their installers were very professional, neat and performed the install in a very timely manner.

We will definitely use Joe, Canadian Choice and their team again and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows and doors. We cant thank them enough.

Canadian choice windows did an amazing job with our windows and front door. The installer, was very friendly, professional, answered our questions and did meticulous work. We are very happy with the end result, but the end result is only a part of the whole process... It started with a first visit from CCW where they presented the company, the products they offer and gave us a proposal. Then we were invited to visit their showroom to actually touch and feel what we would potentially buy and seeing their production facility was very impressive. They were the first company we contacted so we did our due diligence and gave a chance to other reputable companies. After talking to their competitors, we ended up with more questions so Vince came and went deeper into the value of the services they offer, clearly explained the technology they use in Windows, the specifications, after sales support, warranty, rebate program, you name it he covered it again. Also, he never used pressure sales tactics to make the deal as opposed to other companies we dealt with did. He was was polite, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, did everything he said he was going to do and really guided us and addressed all our concerns. We even had a visit from the operations manager to check if all was going well during the installation to make sure we were satisfied with their service. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend this company to friends and colleagues.

I was very pleased with the service, installation and staff and Canadian Choice Windows. This is the second time I have used them. Alex was very professional and most helpful. The installation team arrived on time and zero mess was left behind.

My husband and I recently had all of our windows and a patio door installed and we couldnt be happier. From start to finish Joe made sure everything went flawlessly. The installers worked very hard and no mess was left behind. We have received so many compliments on them, especially our back sliding patio door.
