Installation of New Windows and Doors
I have built and sub contracted many homes and by far this is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. There is no customer service with this company. We recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, at the beginning very kind and helpful. Once the windows arrived and were installed this is were the nightmare begins. We were not home for the majority of the install, but when we came home it was obvious the mistakes made. We called the representative who sold us the windows right away, only to be told and I am paraphrasing "this is what you ordered, not our problem" 1. Wrong windows installed, the large picture windows in the living room should of had sliding bottom windows with screen, this was very important to me as I wanted to open to let fresh air in. 2. Windows in the bathroom came with no privacy glass, not only do I remember asking would the windows have privacy glass, I was reassured they would, plus its common sense to have privacy glass in the bathrooms. 3. Half of the windows installed are missing the metal flashing. I have tried several time to resolve these issues with this company, but have had no luck. Now I must hire another company to fix the incompetence of this company. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IN THE PARKSVILLE AREA NEEDING NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS, STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.
