I signed the contract based on sales rep's assurance that the window could be opened at full 90 degrees. But the new window's maximum opening is just around 45 degrees, see pictures below, no matter how the handler is turned clockwise or counter clockwise. This window apparently is not the same as described. I requested a redo or a fair compensation for the faulty product. So far, the sales rep agrees to give me $200 credit. Anyone with common sense would tell if this $200 is a fair amount to compensate such a faulty window that is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Please give me a fair solution to this matter ASAP. It has been one week since I reported this concern to the service department.
After posting this review 8 days, I got a call from Tony, area manager, to see the problem. He knew what he came for and explained that the opening was a bit small for a full 90 degree opening. He apologized for all the unnecessary hardships and frustrations that I had experienced. We accepted to cut the price half to close the case.
