Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in

I just had my front and side doors replaced two days ago.
They came and completed the job on time and clean up the debris. However, the head carpenter was not nice when I asked him why the gap between the frame and wall was about 1.5 inches. Also, I tried to call the sales rep to clear my but she didn't call me back ereforuntil one hour after the guys were gone.
Before I signed contract with Canadian Choice Windows, the sale rep told me to check their review at homestars.com. I saw the average score was very high, so I expected I would the same experience as the review said.
To my experience, the overall result was satisfied but not as good as the average review said.
