Furniture review in

Purchased the Laguna 9 piece outdoor dining set two years ago. Great set except for the bottom of the chair legs wear out, need replacements sent. Have talked to Richard, one of the owners I believe, getting nothing but a run around, does not even have the decency to return calls. How hard would it be to send out parts.
