We had a leaking toilet on a friday that needed a quick fix. The man I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, they were booked up but he managed to get a service guy in between two jobs at a time that worked for us. Service guy was friendly and fixed the problem quickly, cost was exactly what I expected, no surprises. Would definitely use them again.
