California Kitchens helped me to design an Arts and Crafts style kitchen with Mission style glass cabinets, an oak peninsula dividing the kitchen and dining room (which replaced a wall) with cabinetry on both sides. We did the kitchen wall in cream cabinetry (we got to choose a Benjamin Moore paint color (OC77) and the MDF was custom matched to it, meaning that virtually any color is possible in MDF and wall colors can be easily chosen that blend with the MDF tone flawlessly). We did the peninsula in solid red oak. It is absolutely stunning!!!! Even the contractors are ga-ga over it! Devra let me design my own cabinet doors with waterfall glass inserts. She had great ideas for finishing the gable wall which now matches the cabinet doors in design. The price was quite reasonable given the quality of the workmanship and the difficulty and size of the project. Everyone was responsive to my needs and they checked with me on all the details. Even the hardware is lovely. I cannot wait to post pictures after the countertops go in! California Kitchens does not work quickly because all of the design work is done by hand. But if you are looking for careful, quality, professional work, you cannot go wrong. Just don't be in a hurry; it is worth the wait!

These guys are professional. Came into my home, identified needs and executed. Very good at fixing hinges, matching up colors, and providing solutions. We were impressed. They were also quick to return my calls and book appointments - good follow up!

Very professional, the team really know wheat their doing. From consultation to design everything was completed successfully and on budget. In addition, they really gave me some great suggestions for other projects that I need to consider. I highly recommend them.

They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took my deposit without telling me and they pushed the dates of installation again and again (1 month late). I will never use them again, nor should anyone else.

My experience with them was mediocre at best. Their installer wanted $2 per square foot more for my tile installation because the tile I had selected was larger and thicker. As far as I was concerned this was a straight forward porcelain tile. In addition, a little after two years from the kitchen being installed, we had problems with the plumbing under the new sink. California Kitchens was no help at all. They suggested we call a plumber.

California Kitchens did an excellent job in renovating our kitchen. They were professional and kept the cost of the renovation to a reasonable amount. We were very pleased with the outcome of our new space and would highly recommend them to friends and family members.

We renovated our kitchen. Everything was done proper, on time and the installation was fast. the installer was polite, professional I would definately recommend California Kitchens to all my friends.

California Kitchens worked with us to custom build a kitchen that was within our budget. They were very professional, and started and finished on schedule like they said they would!

Consistant follow up by clients, horrible follow up by company. Owner is unorganised the client has to follow up because he forgets. Poor workmanship. Sub-contractors they hired scratched the new cabinets. Would not recommend, because things promised were not delivered. They seem like unexperienced kitchen installers.

Everything was great with the service on the kitchen. We ran into roblems at the last when we had to order an extra door and had to fight with the owner over 10% withholding until job was done.
