California Closets

We had three quotes in total and California Closets came in perhaps a touch more expensive but the design was much more thoughtful and creative. I had much more confidence that the finished product would work better for us. At the time of installation we noticed that one of the closets had a narrow return so some of the shelves weren't accessible. The installation person went back for a redesign and was back quite soon with the free fix. Overall, very happy with CC.

THEY WERE PRETTY KNOWLEDGABLE, HOWEVER, THEIR SELECTION WAS SOMEWHAT LIMITED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, FOR WHAT THEIR RESOURCES WERE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED SOMETHING MORE UNIQUE. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS, AS LONG AS THEY KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.

Company designer Ilze came to our home twice to go over detailed 3D drawings of our walk in pantry. She offered numerous suggestions and was able to re-configure the design so that we could visualize the options available. Installation was timely and completely supervised. This company is extremely professional from estimate until post completion.

I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the design consultant - excellent customer service from the initial appointment to the follow up. Our installer was also fantastic, he came in, installed everything perfectly and did a thorough job cleaning up. I was very pleased with the results and the whole experience of working with California Closets to achieve the office storage and entertainment unit that we were looking for at a price that suited our budget. A neighbour of ours used California Closets for their master closet and raved about them. Their closet looks great. We called them for our mudroom which always seem to be a dumping ground for backpacks, shoes, coats, you name it. Everything is organized now and has a place! The designer was very friendly and professional. The installer cleaned up after the install. They give great customer service.

The process was great. Our new office was designed to expand our space and fit in with what already exisited since it was in a room off the kitchen. The designer even matched the drawer and cabinet pulls to the existing ones in the kitchen - really nice touch! I love showing off the office when friends come by - it is gorgeous! The service was great - we had a minor problem that the installer came right back to correct. I've already recommended Cal Closets to my friends & family. Thanks.
