New furnace and air conditioner
From the moment that Todd showed up to quote us on a new furnace, my wife and i felt that Buttons was the company we where going to do business with.
We were only thinking of getting a new furnace, but after going over our options we decided to replace both at once.
Our furnace was 30 yrs old and the ac 15yrs, so after going over our options with Todd, we decided to go with the Daiken furnace and ac combo, not just for the price but the 12 yr warranty.
Today was the day of our install, and right at the time we were told, Trevor, Scott and Markus arrived, and got right to work. First thing was protecting our wooden flooring and carpets with runners and then they got down to work.
All through the rip out and new install, i had many questions and the guys took plenty of time to answer them and not give me the impression that i was bothering them.
It was a long install but in the end i went down to see Scott and Markus cleaning up and Trevor putting the finishing touches on the install. ( my basement is now cleaner than when they arrived ) Once finished Trevor took me around and showed me the workings of the new furnace, ac, air filter and humidifier, once again taking the time to answer all my questions without rushing me even though he must have been dead tired.
I would not hesitate to recommend Buttons to any friends and family for any Hvac work, a great experience from beginning to end.
